OCA Release 1.1 Downloads

This is the first release of OCA. This version is a relatively complete specification for control and monitoring of audio media networks. 

The 1.1 specification should be considered a proposed standard. It will be rendered into an open public standard by an official standards deveopment operation. As a result of input received during the public standardization process, the OCA specification may change. 

Four downloads are available:

• OCA 1.1 Release Notes, a brief document describing the files of the release.
• OCA 1.1 Framework, an overall architectural description of OCA in readable language. 47 pages.
• OCA 1.1 Control Classes Overview, a summary of the class hierarchy that defines OCA's control and monitoring repertoire. 5 pages.
• OCA 1.1 .zip, the entire specification.  12 files in all, including the above three. 5.3 megabytes.

The entire OCA 1.1 specification is copyright 2012 by the OCA Alliance. The intellectual property it documents may be freely used without royalties or licenses. The OCA Alliance does not warranty OCA's correctness or suitability for any purpose, and assumes no liability for consequences of its use.
